“ First timers here. Going to Lee's for a concert. Booked a reservation prior to the show. Fantastic table right in the window. Our server was great, friendly and helped me decide on one of the 3 choices I was very interested in. Cobb Salad, Korean Chicken sandwich or Shrimp Po Boy sandwich. Ended up with the Korean Chicken Sandwich. Hubby got the Steak Frites and we started with the pea & potato croquettes. Highly recommend everything!! Everything was so tasty and delicious. Cooked to PERFECTION. Drinks are great too. We loved the Ol Fashioned and Mules. Yum. Can't wait to return and try some of my other choices. ”
“ this is one of my favourite brunch spots nice ambiance great service nice full plates. Good portions parking is a little bit difficult their street parking and lot parking. Best thing is to do is to just walk over. Take the transit and or Uber again another great spot in Toronto for a brunch. I must go to if you haven’t before make a reservation if possible, just to avoid disappointment and lineups. ”
“ Have been going to insomnia for many years always a great vibe and great place to go. Drinks are always done right and a great choice of cocktails. Food has always been on point new menu since November the cob salad was terrific and the insomnia burger was delicious. Mac and cheese was good not great and the spicy bok Choi was good. Would highly recommend visiting if you are from Toronto or just visiting. ”
“ I recently visited this spot, and I have to say, I absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and really flavorful. The bread was slightly sweet, which I really enjoyed. If you like a bit of sweetness, you’ll love it! The crispy texture was spot on, and everything was just so tasty, especially the side potatoes. I had heard a lot of great things about this brunch place, and they were all true. I highly recommend it to everyone. Just a side note: when you order, not just here but pretty much everywhere , you can’t order just one of the “egg benedict” ; they always come in pairs or even triples. I wish brunch spots, like this one, would give the option to order a single egg Benedict , especially if you’re not super hungry. It’s not just this location, but it’s a common thing across the city. And a shoutout to Tulsa for being such a great waitress—she was fantastic! ”
“ Such a great brunch spot! The best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had and coffee was nice and strong. The server at the bar on Sunday mornings brought such a great vibe and is such an advocate for the restaurant, we thought he was the owner! Overall a delicious spot and would definitely be back. ”
“ I rarely give 5 stars but... We met at Insomnia Restaurant as part of a group of five painting artists exhibiting some of their work there. This place was an excellent choice, with a great vibe and good food and drink options. Our server, Phaedra, gave us excellent service and was always attentive. She was very kind and efficient, as was the bartender. The food was well presented and served on time. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. ”
“ Had a sweet lovely dinner here with lovely people. We came in starving and devoured it. The plants interior fits the lighting of the restaurant. Glad this is open till late at bloor and servers are kind. Food was delightful. ”
“ I had a truly delicious dinner. The meat was slightly salty, but the salad balanced it out perfectly. The sauce was incredibly flavorful, and the atmosphere was just wonderful. I highly recommend this place, especially for couples. It’s a great spot to enjoy a lovely meal together! ”
